Free Summer Meal Programs

Healthy School Lunch

The Bernalillo County’s Office of Health and Social Services will be providing free and nutritious meals during the summer from June 1 through August 6, 2021 at the locations listed in the website link below for youth aged one - 18 years. Meal distributions will occur from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. No registration is required in order to receive a meal and meals will be given in a drive-thru format, with all children in a car receiving a full meal. Breakfast and lunch will be provided at all participating sites.

 

The City of Albuquerque's Food Service Program for Children will begin serving meals to children on Tuesday, June 1 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. Meals are in a grab-and-go format, and youth aged one-18 years are eligible to participate. Participants are asked to wear masks when picking up meals at sites. APS is offering free grab-and-go meals from June 1 to July 29. Families can choose to pick up multiple meals twice a week or daily meals at various school sites with varying times. See the attached website link for more information and a list of participating sites and their corresponding times.
